rebecaballeto Hi Susan 👋, I see that they have taken forever to arrive 🤦so sorry. PM just sent an email saying that the package is being sent back to me🤦all I did was print the actual label sent for your order. the email States that the address can't be verified or found. I could reprint another label when they arrive but if it's the same address as the first label then I'm not sure what to do. please let me know what you'd like to do. would you still like them or would you like to cancel your purchase.

If the labels are the same maybe send me a pic and I’ll see if there is any error on them. It sounds odd that the label didn’t work so it might just be worth it to try again. Thank you!

rebecaballeto @lemonadekids thank you for responding. i'll let PM know that they will be reshipped. im still waiting for them to arrive though. puzzled cause the tracker says that they were delivered to my door which is not true. a bit frustrated with Usps. I'll get back to you asap

rebecaballeto @lemonadekids good morning. I received the shoes on Saturday. the reason the package was sent back to me is because the label was ripped as if someone did it on purpose. yet I tapped it very well. So I'll be on my way shortly to reship them ...I would love to send you a picture.

lemonadekids No, I haven't but now I have the money you paid since they cancelled the refund. So I'm going to send you the other size but I might wait a day or two to see if the shoes show up. If they do then PM will send me the label to ship back to you, otherwise I'll pay shipping. Either way I'll get these shoes out to you this week :)
