fairy_ella_rose @susandugie Im so upset that Canada Post broke it, you don’t even know how upset I am. Now I have to call them and open a case with them as well. I’m sorry that happened to you. I wrapped it so well and wrote fragile everywhere and told the Canada Post it was fragile. This is very bad news.

susandugie @fairy_ella_rose yes, I'm so upset too.. it may be able to be glued, but I am just not willing to pay for a broken item. I understand it was not your fault, Canada post is extremely rough. what happens now.

fairy_ella_rose @susandugie I have contacted Poshmark to release your payment to your account. Of course it’s not both our faults. They should release it back to you. It hasn’t been deposited yet so they should return the Payment back to your account. In the meantime I hope you’re able to glue it somehow maybe with a construction glue or something strong. Hope you can still use it.
