glamgirlsavings @bymonnan I did. I went on Bath and Body Works website. It said check to see if it is a working outlet. Plug a different item and make sure the electricity works in that outlet.

glamgirlsavings Do you have a Bath and Body Works store near you? Maybe the unit is defective. Could try bringing it to the store and try to get a replacement.

glamgirlsavings Take some pics of the set up. Maybe I can figure it out. The unit heats up when plugged in which causes the fragrance oil on the wick to emit scent. Is the wick wet? I don’t understand why it doesn’t work. It’s new.

bymonnan @glamgirlsavings sadly no we dont have a BBW outlet here. I live on a tiny island in the pacific lol. and yes I can assure u the outlet I plug the wallflower in works. I've tested it in different rooms around my house and it does the same thing. emit scent for a while and stops

bymonnan @glamgirlsavings yes the wick is a little wet but the wallflower plug isnt. and the unit isnt hot as well

glamgirlsavings @bymonnan could it be that your senses get acclimated with it and notice it less? Is the wick wet? Does the unit feel warm when you use it?

bymonnan @glamgirlsavings it cant be my senses. I've even asked guests if they notice the scent and they dont. and no the unit isnt warm. I think that says it all.it isnt working ☹

glamgirlsavings I contacted Bath and Body Works customer service and they will send me a replacement unit. I’ll also test it to make sure it works. When you order something from me again, remind me to include that in your package.
