pammcallister Hi Susan, I’m sorry there appears to be a problem with your USPS delivery. I would check with your Mail carrier to see if they delivered it or if they left it somewhere and/or check with you local post office. I unfortunately have no control once it’s in the USPS hands. I think the 1 ⭐️ star rating is unfair, seeing its a USPS issue & not one I can control. Thank you, Pam

pammcallister Susan, I checked tracking and it says your item was delivered July 2, 2021, 2:06 pm In/At Your Mailbox LAS VEGAS, NV 89130 - You definitely need to check with your mail carrier or local post office if you do not have this item. It was in a USPS Box that measures 7-1/2" x 5-1/8" x 14-3/8" and is called the Priority Mail Shoe Box. Pam
