susanshofner @kikiboyle ok thank u so much it didn’t seem right and from my understanding I ship ur item and when buyer received it then u get paid if they except but can my items be stolen that way

thesecondscoop @susanshofner from my experience, most buyers are good and will accept the item and leave a rating and your payment is then released. If they don’t Accept the item on the app 3 days after it has been marked as delivered by usps, then Poshmark releases your money. In theory someone could claim they didn’t receive the right item or lie and say it was damaged but you do have a chance to voice your side to Poshmark. Although I think it is rare for that to happen.

thesecondscoop @susanshofner I only had one experience on Poshmark where the buyer claimed the item never arrived at their house even though it said delivered. It could have been delivered to the wrong address or something; but Poshmark gave me my money and also refunded the buyer so the Poshmark customer service was very good 😇🤞🏼
