I feel bad because I’ve never experienced anything like this with a buyer. I really appreciate you for taking your time to informing me about this issue. However, I’d be happy for you to get your refund with no problem and you can return the boots if you’d like. I wouldn’t want you to pay/keep an item that isn’t your size or what you expected.
