carolgrrl I just received the box and the ring and bracelet are fine but the watch’s face is foggy. I immediately took a photo. Did get wet by any chance?

sfbarrett9 @carolgrrl The watch was fine when we sent it and put it in the pouch. Was the pouch wet at all? Send me the picture if you can...I guess you can't. I will google to see if there is anything to do before you return, OK?

sfbarrett9 I went to my favorite source YouTube---1st video said it was quite common, tho it was not foggy when I sent---but anyway he removed the crystal and wiped it with a microfiber cloth. Since it needs a battery anyway, if you can do it within the timeframe to return, take it to a jeweler, and if you prefer not to do that, just return. I am very sorry, but glad to find out it is pretty common and can be easily fixed, just not by you or me by ourselves.
