msthibault @erin_kiely I think you can “unbuy” the item. Once you do that, if you put it in a bundle with another item, you will get 15% off of three items and that should easily make up for the shipping discount.

msthibault Here are the steps to cancel the mug order: Click on your Account Tab (@username). Select My Sales. Select the order. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Select Cancel Order. Select the reason for cancellation to complete your request.
