beautyobsessed0 Hey I just want to reach out to you to confirm your order for your Norvina palette, the one that you purchased does have a few damaged shades as listed that’s why it is only $19 if you do not want a damaged one I have another one listed BRAND NEW for I believe $39 but just please let me know that you know that you are purchasing the one that has a few damaged shades on it. beautyobsessed0 @susanguinan yes there is 3 shades that were crumbled in shipping, you can easily press them and they are useable (please see pics) but if I pressed them then my fingers would be all in your makeup
