I take pride in my items, packaging and customer satisfaction I m disappointed you are disappointed. The description of items are spot on. Items were described factually with measurements when indicated.Please have a good rest of your evening.

@pameplace the items are very outdated and the substitute capris looked pretty new in the pic but not so when received. I don’t think they made cargo pants out of that material in 20 years. Then the cutting the label out of clothes. Why? Yes I’m disappointed and top that off with the other pair of pants being sold that were a part of my purchase. I tried to work with you but I am disappointed.

Susan, the fabric content of the cargo pants is pictured. I’m sure you viewed it . Label was cut out of pink stripe top for my comfort becuz it scratched I included that top with capris to coordinate the outfit (FREE) You received that as an extra. I apologized up front before shipping for the oversight of the selling of j crew pants on another site. But, I now feel you would of found fault with them as well. I apologized numerous times for that oversight.
