hillaryshouston @smyrick1217 I’m sorry I had to cancel your order. I am on set filming a movie in Austin Texas right now and my husband is helping me ship things out back home. Unfortunately, he’s not very good at it. I had 3 orders come in for charms and he accidentally sent yours to someone else and theirs to you.

hillaryshouston @smyrick1217 unfortunately the other buyer was on a different app and is not required to return the item so it’s up to them if they choose to or not. Your charm was more valuable than theirs so fingers crossed that they do the honest thing and return it. Again I’m so sorry for the inconvenience and I hope the free gift and full refund are a satisfactory resolution to the situation.
