The best way in these situations.is to decline the order, when you do that it pushes a communication through support to us, we then have the opportunity to respond and correct. We value our customers and try to be as prompt in responding as possible. And we do not want anyone to be unhappy with their purchase from us.

yourmayna123 @onedayinjune this is susan i corrected the rating. i looked all over for the card with the info you are talking about and cannot find it . i know it was there. i am sure the pretty green paper intrigued my grandaughter and she probably claimed it as her own and ran off to wrap a barbie in it. again. could you help me since i do not have the card i have the order # and SKU but i do not have any other contact info other than this method #622372e663de857beb77c6d8 SKU. 5197
