no call for negativity. You bought 2 pairs boots and I ship like I get them from warehouse. I haven't herd back from poshmark yet regarding this issue. I definitely don't want you to keep something your not happy with. Waiting on posh to advise next step.

Yes - I did buy 2 pair.
One, was tight and small, but since a size issue, keeping without complaints and instead of husband wearing without socks, I’ll just slip them on to get mail, … ( he bought a 10 and never ever bought a 10.5 or larger)
Other, defective and should be refunded

I’m sorry for my jump to anger with you if you were unaware of problem. But I’m most certainly mad at Posh for how they say purchases are protected and then they don’t follow their own procedures.
I probably should have just contacted you about returning them. My fault for following return procedures that Posh lists.

@primgoddess Yes I understand your agitation. Also the warehouse needs to do a better job at packing and providing correct sizes for all items.
If it makes you feel better I bought a coach purse last week and I received the box empty and posh did nothing and completed the sale, after me contacting support e times and I have yet to get an answer from support.

Sorry for your problem with your Coach purchase. Hopefully Posh will make right and if not, if it was a reputable seller, hopefully they will make right and issue a full refund.
