@nikkikimcushard I've been trying to accept the dragon fairy costume - but a message pops up that I cannot because there is an open support case. I've let Support know that I received a package meant for someone else, in addition to mine. The postman showed up with the correct package later in the day. I've emailed to try to clear this up and to allow me to accept the correct package, and to return the one sent by mistake. I'm trying to resolve this.
