I'm Susanna. I am retired from the Marine Corps and TVA. I live in the mountains in southern Oregon, where I have owned a small farm and old farmhouse for over 6 years. I am working on the old house and have finally made my little farm into a farm again! I am again able to devote more time to Poshmark, since the fencing is up well enough for the goats not to escape, (I think😹)! 2 or 3 times a day I would find them lounging, proudly and smugly right next to the other side of the gate🙀

If you look at the feed all those pictures are coming from either you sharing your own closet or you share someone else. The way you share is go below the picture and on the lower right corner is a square if arrows. Touch that it goes to another screen, touch share to my followers.

Most of the time if they get a note you shared something of theirs they'll share back to their followers, some have many thousand followers. The cool thing is when you share you meet some really nice people and even make some friends. We all help each other out. Exposure means sales...sales means fun ! My dad was in England and my mom was with a hospital company which followed General McArthur through New Guinea and the Philippines. I didn't realize until a couple of years ago how close she was to combat...neither one ever talked about it much. I learned never to ask.

littlebithad12 Oh! More things I have been taught or have learned from past direct mark sales. First and foremost be honest about the known flaws. For instance I have a pair of boots displayed and there is a slight tear in the insole; it is not felt with the boot on, but I disclose it. I also have ring which is unusually large. When someone likes either of these I send them a note letting them know. This way they know what they are getting and are not unhappy.

littlebithad12 @holts6family. Tip 2: Be specific. A lady taught me that different manufaturers may say the shirt it is a M, but their M is a different size than another manufacturer. You run into a lot of this with clothes from China. She said to post the dimensions. This lets the buyer know if it will fit them and they can't return it saying it doesn't fit, but in truth more info = more sales. Measure the height of your boots, the length of the heels, and height of the platform, also list fabric if known.

littlebithad12 Tip 3. There are, like anywhere else the few cut throats. Before my mentor told me about dimensions, I got low balled in an offer. Low ball is when someone offers half or more off. I fell for it. There was some problem with her payment method. I just had a feeling some thing was up. A buyer has 72 hours to decide they want return an item. I peeked. The Sweater was in her closet, before she accepted delivery.

littlebithad12 @romeolovesme. Funny you should say this. Jacksonville is such an innocent looking tourist town, except... My daughter works at a trendy little restaurant on the main highway. One night as I left I drove around the building next door to leave out a another driveway. There was a man sitting in a dark SUV, dressed in dark clothes, with the engine off. I went back to the restaurant to let my daughter know about this creeper.

littlebithad12 @romeolovesme. I gave my daughter my truck, because her old car took 45 minutes to warm up enough to go into gear. She parks in a church parking lot across from the restaurant, alone. All the guys bail as soon as the shift is over. I was trained by Veit Nam combat Marines to go with my instincts. I was stationed in LA for three years as a recruiter and of course they put me in the worst areas. I was the first woman to complete a tour there.

I do Poshmark, just so I don't focus on my declining health and start feeling really sorry for myself! It keeps me happy, occupied, and gives me something to do. The farm is coming along, too. FBI? Wow!!! That takes a very special lady to do that and I understand...there are things I can't disclose, either!

littlebithad12 @romeolovesme. I am so sorry. I am pretty far gone, too. I still get out and put on a happy face. My family doesn't know how sick I really am. My pancreas is shutting down. The attacks are more and more frequent. One of my renters just knows when I'm in one, like now. Luckily I have good insurance, but I'm tired of running to doctors. Are you living alone, like I am or do you have someone how can be there and take care of you? I do pray it is the latter.

littlebithad12 @teddiferreira I was in LA recruiting in my early 20's. He had pulled me off the freeway, I thought he was a cop. He asked for my phone number, so I gave him the number of my command. A few weeks later a weird kid came to enlist. It was time to take him to LA to enlist, but he had asked me not to pick him up at his house, but somewhere else. My instincts were jumping! He wasn't there that morning. the night before the Hillside strangler was captured. This kid was his sidekick.

The guys just leave when their shift is up, but the girls have to stay later and they are taking care of each other. My daughter is 33, but looks 18. I'm still in shock.

The outlook is not good and the pain is over the level the pain pills can help, most of the time. I just push on. I rest and push again. I think what keeps me going is that I believe in God and all, but no one's ever come back to tell if there is something after. I hope you are feeling a tiny bit better, today! 😘

littlebithad12 @romeolovesme. I know there is. In 1987 I was given the choice of staying or going back. I was told it would be really hard on me if I chose to return. I had two baby girls and an abusive ex husband. I stayed to raise them away from his abuse. You can easily imagine what kind of abuse.

littlebithad12 What ever it is, HANG IN THERE! I feel terrible and have lost 6 to 8 pounds in a week. The clerk at the little store/cafe has been coming to work with either a really bad cold or the flu. She brags about it. One guy has died from it. Because of the pancreatitis, my immune system is nil. I have it really bad. I am calling the gastroenterologist this morning, but his appts run 2 mons out. The weight loss is bad!

It might not be the pop of color you are thinking but it has an iridescent coat over off white to white and it shines in the sun light a hue of dusty rose lol..pinkish! There is a pearl in the center!! The stem is gold but not so noticeable that it would clash with silver but would look great with pearls.

My grandson turned 14 yesterday, his two friends and he are sitting in the grass about twenty feet away. He was seen by my neighbor accelerating into the curve, then crossed the rd and drove up the embankment and plopped down in the driveway with such a cloud of dust that I thought he was on fire. He then staggered around the rd, getting his stuff and went back into his truck and tried to drive off with 2 broken axiles. The HP said he was the drunkest he'd seen in 5 years! No one else was involved, thankfully!

They screwed her out of her PhD, because she complained about the DR who screwed up my sister's delivery. He was out playing golf and didn't bother to come to the hospital; she was born breech and is blind, because of it! He was on the board and voted against her. There had to be a unanimous vote. They changed that the next year, because of it. They couldn't afford another year!

littlebithad12 @lcaputo86. The admin for my g.i. is useless and dangerous! I was supposed to have a ultrasound scheduled in Mar, and didn't. I scheduled it myself and it was not everything my Dr wanted. She did not input the blood work with the lab. I drove 88 for this, but the tech called and they took my blood. Today she looked at the results and told me I didn't have pancreatitis. She hadn't showed the dr and she's an ADMIN! If they did come back normal, he told me he is going to increase the enzyme.

littlebithad12 @lcaputo86 Oh!!! I am jealous! I hated every minute of the 25+ years I spent in Memphis. Everyone in the South consider it the armpit of the country! I went to a conference in Nashville; what an incredible difference! The people are friendly and the hotel was right downtown! The night life was awesome! There are street musicians, who play the most amazing music! I saw my first for real fiddler! Wow! Music spills out of the bars and the food is great!!! Happy Birthday!

littlebithad12 @lcaputo86. OMG! I received them on the 8th. I took pictures every step of the way in opening them. I always wear gloves, so I was wearing gloves. One ring was just slammed sideways into the ring box. Another has a small chip out of the top and a prints on the underside, where she wore it. It appears as if she pryred the stone off the turquoise ring and reglued it. It is off center and upside down. Each ring has deep scratches on the bands. They were pristine when I shipped them.

littlebithad12 @lcaputo86. In the 2nd email to Poshmark, I included all pictures. All I wanted was the price of the 4th ring. I did mention, it appeared as if she had worn the rings. I figured I was out of luck, since they'd already refunded her. I received an email yesterday, with a label. They are going to reimburse me for all of them. I didn't notice all the damage until last night while packing them. I couldn't figure out what was different about the torqouise ring, until I was falling asleep.

littlebithad12 @lcaputo86. I've been sharing, but not a lot. I'm working on the carpet, floors and the outside. The carpets were nasty when I bought the house and still are! I've organized everything and took a bunch of stuff to the salvation army. There is a narrow alley and in turning my f150 around I got stuck on a metal post. It was 3/4 squished by someone else, but up enough to capture me!! If I hadn't has such a high clearance and 4 wheel drive, I would have never gotten out of there! LOL

I told Ricky to use his horns. The barrier is down and Cody is eating his huge heart out! Cody is so tall that the other day I saw Freddy take a short cut under him!!! Cody is a sweetheart and he didn't mind at all.

They went back to the pasture he keeps them in, "Because they have nothing to eat here!" he told me. The true reason is they are going to a parade on Thursday, the horse needs a new quad of shoes and he doesn't want the ferrier to see how they are being treated. They'll be back next week, I am sure!

The goats are fine. They love the blackberry leaves and there are a gazillion here. They also get goat feed and a goat block. They tried to eat the block as I was putting it in their pen. Luckily it was wrapped in heavy plastic! Jerry couldn't believe I could lift it🙉

I heard the door slam and realized I forgot to lock it last night. I actually used the remote start in case it blew up this morning. The parking lights were on, but they have a timer so they did not run the battery down. I had the same thing happen with my other truck and it did run down. I had to replace it.

They will be out here in the morning to install the system. It includes 3 cameras. 1 is free and for the others, I am receiving a VISA gift card. The system is monitored and has both a pen pad and key control. With the goats I have to be up by 7. Going to bed at 3, just doesn't work. I'm getting 1350 in free equipment. The monitoring is reasonable.

littlebithad12 @lcaputo86 yes! Funny how there foot sized is a hole in the bottom of one of my steel gates, since the huge ADT sign appeared in my drive!! He was moving really fast, hit the gate really hard, and unless he was wearing steel toed boots; he probably broke some toes! Before I moved in that gate had been hit and never fixed. Most of it hung on the ground. It is almost straight and off the ground now! The alarm wasn't on that night; at midnight is when they turn on new accounts. 😹

littlebithad12 @lcaputo86 How's the heat, today. This time of year we are normally 100+. It might get up to 80. I am on my porch in light flannel jamis! I hired an exterminator. They use natural things to kill the pests. I am over run with rats. They use mega doses of vitamin D as bait. There is heavy fungus/mold under the house and a few other things they are going to treat. 5175$! Not able to go anywhere for awhile, but the air will be healthier, the bugs gone, and no more rodents!

lcaputo86 @littlebithad12 damn that’s pricey but well worth it! Well, we notified all the employees(4) lol and decided not to open. It will get up to 104 at 4 when we open. We have a big old brick building and no central air so we work with big fan contraptions that suck hot air out and it takes the moisture and fans back cold air. I don’t know the scientific terms but it’s hooked to a hose that drains the moisture out to produce the cold but even they couldn’t function great in the heat.

As long as Jerry doesn't admit to invititing her, I can have her arrested. My property is posted. Last night Bob said she wasn't around. I think Jerry is grateful he has an excuse to be rid of her, again!

The paper made a big deal about how nutty she was...but that's just our attitude up her! 😹

He missed his buddy for about 2 days and then must of realized he was no longer being bullied. The other one would not let him eat. He now goes to bed every night with a bulging tummy! littlebithad12 @lucy13closet sometimes the PM system takes longer to pick up avatar is change than the post office. Weekends are strange too. I look at the label and pull up the tracking number link at the bottom. It takes you directly to the USPS tracking. If the delivery date's not there, it just means that the USPS has it and have not updated their system, yet. A lot of the times it's scanned later in the evening.

My wrist is healed, about 2.5 wks ago, I tripped and cracked my foot and pulled a ligament in my left shoulder. Boy, do I feel foolish😺😹! My daughter enjoys her job at the care home. She hasn't a whisper of her kidney disease flaring up! I've noticed that all of our closets are getting bigger! I'm waiting on one of my renters to pay me, do it's listing for me!😹😘

littlebithad12 @justgivemeone. We're all fine. I've gained a renter. He's the brother of another. I'm really glad he is here. He has breathed new life into his brother and the two of them are clearing the old chicken coop of blackberries and trimming the trees, so we can put in a good sized kitchen garden. I'll do the canning. They are installing a solar spot light in the back, so we can catch our creeper. All the critters are fine, too.

khealey33 Susanna, that’s so funny that you mentioned your daughter working as a server in a retirement home. That was my job for years as a teen and into college. I loved it. Getting to know the residents was the best part. I hope she continues to enjoy her time there! It takes a special person to work with the elderly population.

I've only been doing this about a year longer than you have, but lost 8 months due to my health and my daughter's. You really are doing great! Looking at your closet you have sold quite a lot! The biggest thing you can do is keep sharing your items until you get sick of looking at them and then share some more. This puts your items where they can be seen! Share other people's too.

littlebithad12 @lucy13closet I know how hard it is to help out. My daughter wasn't able to work for about 4 months and had little money for food. I was always taking her out, so she and her beau had food in the house. He has that disorder where he is terrified to be out of the house. He is the house husband. He is an excellent cook and keeps her on her diet. She has kidney disease. He's the son I always wanted. There are cycles in this business. Just keep posting and sharing and you'll get busy again.

littlebithad12 @justgivemeone. I'm having trouble with an owl who wants a big chicken dinner. The rooster and family sleep on the roof of the porch. they refuse to go into the barn. Last week the owl fought with the 🐓 and he's in ICU. The owl has been back a couple of times. It just now it woke me from a deep sleep. Mama and the teens were the target. Owls hate like light, water, and bird shot. I grabbed my spot light and made it wobble. I think it's gone. Life on the farm😹!

I love your closet, too! Old goats aren't that bad 😹. My kitty is on the screened porch messing with the birds right now. He hides behind the door and when they are eating, he pops out and watch's them take off to the tree. They come right back and it is all over again. 😹

littlebithad12 @lucy13closet. Hi! I've finally recovered from my head injury!! I sold my farm and bought a tiny house in town. All my stuff is in storage. The realtor made me store it in the garage. There were rats in there and they were around my tubs. I'm going to have to dump them, because I will not sell what's in there!!! I'm starting over with a new venue and will be up and running by the 30th of June.

I didn't think it would injure me. I'm finally able to walk, but it still exhausts me. I'm hoping to get things up and running by the end of the month!!!!
