susannagordon39 @markp0409 hello, you would need to go to Poshmark support center and send them a message regarding that. This is on the Poshmark app you would need to scroll down to the far right and corner click on that and then it will give you a bunch of options then you’ll see, the Poshmark support center and then you can go on from there.
