@suzyqfashion can we please work something out with the items I purchased. I didmt know I had to ask if they were sized differently than the brand standard. I assumed they would measure the size they are supposed to be. Feeling very discouraged. I paid alot for these items and to have them not size according to the brand is very fraudulent. I would really appreciate some feedback. Thank you.

@leed2501 sorry you are discouraged but the sizes are exactly as branded by the two companies. I sold the exact items as described. There was nothing misrepresented. You can always try selling them yourself. I had to pay the fees Posh charges so an exchange would be difficult. Thanks Suzy

@suzyqfashion I will reimburse your fees. And pay shipping. I just would like something that fits. These items are way off on the sizing. I'm not trying to impose on you, or make you loose any money on this. But I paid alot of money and they dont measure to the size of the brand. Can we work out some kind of exchange?

@suzyqfashion if you look up the size charts you will see that the skirt should measure at 27.5 inches for the waist in size 6. This skirt actually measures at 36 inches! It is WAY off. On the trina Turk dress for a size 8 it should measure at 29 inches for the waist. This dress measures at 25 inches. I have pictures to prove this. I am extreamly disappointed that you would sell knock off items and items that are irregular and try to pass them off as authentic regular.

@suzyqfashion I am not trying to be offensive. If I could post the pictures showing how far off these sizes are here I would. I am just asking you to be fair. These measurements are extreamly far off. Posh rejected it because they thought it was a sizing issue. It is not a sizing issue. It is an issue of these items not being the sizes they are labeled as. I spent over $70 with you and all I want is to get what I paid for.

@trillstina yes I used the label and shipped it the same day you bought it. This is the post office’s error and I have never had this happen either. I’m really sorry that it seems to have been caught up in the mail. When you get it, you will see that I shipped it on December 4th.

@trillstina this is just ridiculous!! I have written to Posh a few times to find out what we can do...haven’t heard anything back! Did you write them? If not it might help if you did so you can get a refund since they are obviously lost in the mail somewhere! I will definitely let you know if they show up back at my house.

@trillstina no they didn’t come back to me as of yet. Just let Posh know you never received them and they should give you a full refund! This has been the worst shipping experience I have ever seen since I have been doing this. And I believe posh has the insurance to cover it through the post office so I am sure you will get your money back...doesn’t seem they will ever show up!

@trillstina it now says delivered on my end but I don’t think that’s because you accepted the order...so it’s an error and if you contact Posh and explain that you never received the order, they should refund you. I haven’t heard back from Posh after multiple attempts to contact them about this shipping problem. Not sure why they aren’t responding...but try them again and you should get a refund.

The bag I purchased is exactly what I was looking for and shipped very quickly--but I'm having a terrible, terrible time removing the dryer sheet (or something similar) odor from it and won't be able to use it until I do. Any suggestions? Thank you!

@superiorshore hi there! I didn’t notice the dryer sheet smell when I had it and I’m not sure what caused it. You could try wiping down the interior with a warm damp cloth and a little baking soda maybe that would neutralize the odor. Just an idea :)
