kimmy927 Hi! Thanks so much for your purchase!! I’m sorry to hear your Nike Sensor isn’t working with the sneakers. I’m not sure why. I did not wash the sneakers (they were only worn a couple of times indoors for work) & as a runner I never put any of my work or athletic sneakers in the washer or dryer! Have you connected the sensor to your device with other sneakers?

pinkadelie @kimmy927 I solved the mystery! The new sensor I had bought off eBay turned out to be defective. I tried it in my old lunarglides and it didn't work. My original sensor still works after all these years, I tested it out and the shoe did sync. Thanks again for being so prompt with everything.
