corprofessional I have a listiing for a pair of heels, white from Nine West w/the pointed toe/kitten heel. The buyer received them & submitted a claim that I sent her the wrong shoes. She provided 1photo, which was altered. Selling here is just to add to my grandaughters college fund.The attorney part of me wants to fight this on principle, I could care less about the $ but If someone is going to submit a false claim, they'd better be ready to back it bc I'm up for the challenge. Any advise?
