nashvillenita I just read your low rating. We discussed the fact that one of the ties had been broken. We also discussed the fact that the price on these was much lower than any other listed even with replacement ties. We negotiated a price based upon the fact that the laces were broken. They were still able to tie as they were tied when I sent them to you. If you did not want the shoes with the broken lace, you should not have agreed to buy them.
