ljfox78 I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with the item you received. However, because I purchased the dress brand new and have never worn it, I consider that NWOT. It has been stored safely in a bin with sachets since I purchased it from Shopbop. If you feel put out by needing to clean the item before you wear it, or you don’t think you got your money’s worth with a $400 dress because it smells like detergent, please feel free to send back the item and I will refund your $50. No problem.

sushila81 Thanks for the offer. As I paid $61.75 for this dress with shipping and would spend another $10 returning it to you, it’s not really worth returning. To me, NWOT is an item that is identical to a new item, simply without the tags.
