reliseb @susiem11 Please let me know how I can improve. I woke up early Saturday morning to make it to the post office in time, less than 24 hours after you ordered the item. I packaged everything Extreemely securely and well. And I have communicated with you throughout this entire time. As you can see I have never gotten less than a 5 star review. This is very upsetting.
