@susiebmck First you need to make a bundle. Go to each item and select the Add To Bundle button. Bundles only have one shipping charge so you’d save money that way.

I realize my comment was spell check and incorrect. The elastics don't tie, but they DO help keep the boot on more securely. Hope that helps. Sorry for the confusion.
