Hi! I'm Susie. Thanks for stopping by! I try to share items in your closet that I think will appeal to my followers. Open to reasonable offers. I ship same day unless post office closed for day. I treat buyers the way I like to be treated. I volunteer at animal rescue shelter and have 2 fur babies. but they do not help pack. Smoke free home. Closet items owned by me. j_danielson Suzie: I am reaching out to you because I just sold my first piece of fine jewelry on poshmark that requires the piece be sent to poshmark first before they forward to the customer. I have some questions and any input you can give me would be appreciated. Do you send the certifications with the piece to poshmark? Do you insure the package to poshmark? Do they insure the package when they forward to the buyer. How long does it take for the buyer to receive the item?

mysusieque @j_danielson hi. I just sold my 1st piece that needs to have authentication. Email from PM gave me the label send to them. got a note from them said turnaround time 1 to 2 days after receiving the items from me.they said they will pack items and send them directly to buyer. EarlierI sent emails to posh PM to see if items were insured for full sale value when being sent for authentication but they never responded to me.

mysusieque @j_danielson REST OF MESSAGE: I am sure you would need to send certification to PM but I would be sure you have copy at home. Just to be safe, I will check with the post office to see if the package to PM is insured for full value and, if not, I WILL PAY for additional insurance. Do not know if post office can tell me from label how much insurance or not.

mysusieque @j_danielson I wish that I had better control of insurance but I guess there is nothing that we can do about it. I would hope that PM would have liability if it did not go to the buyer and they did not insure it for the full value. Poshmark’s been doing it for a while so they should be the experts. Will both have to keep our fingers crossed just in case. Happy Poshing!

j_danielson @mysusieque fyi...I just heard from another seller that says the package is insured going to poshmark, but poshmark has yet to verify that to me. I have also asked them if they insure the package to the buyer...no answer yet.

mysusieque @j_danielson I am a little bit too. PM needs a phone number for customer service so that answers to questions like these are answered instead of going back and forth with emails and then they do not answer the question that is important to you.

j_danielson I just got back from the post office...there is no insurance included in the poshmark label....I paid to add insurance to poshmark, but I am nervous that they do not insure the package when they send to the buyer.

I am thinking that the reason they never fully answered the questions about insurance is that we would not like the answer to the question. Will try to get an answer from a Posh Ambassador who was kind enough to answer other questions. Will let you know what I find out.

mysusieque @j_danielson I just heard from my PM Ambassador and she said that if something happened to it after PM shipped it to the buyer that we would still be paid. Certainly makes me feel better and hope it makes you feel better too. Will keep you updated if I hear anything more.

mysusieque I finally heard back from PM and they say that as long as we use the PM LABEL AND IT ENTERS AND IS TRACKED INTO THE USPS system and it is lost, both the seller and buyer are protected. Still think that I will insure to PM because this said nothing about if it is damaged in transit.

mysusieque @rlynmass yes. Those orange tabbies are Gizmo and JB, our rescue boys who are now 11. The painting is of Ember, my 17 year old flamepoint Siamese who passed over the Rainbow Bridge. I was completely shocked when Chewy sent a sympathy card & flowers when she passed and then the small painting a few months later.

Have 3 insulated (purchased) shelters & 2 covered feeding stations but still worry, Have had these 3 “boys” for 6 years now. New one joined late spring but one day was gone. Still can not touch one of them. My outside babies.

Rained both days in San Diego (SD receives 14 days of rain a year) ; got to only 2 of the 5 Hawaii islands and had sunshine (accumulated 2 days maximum out of 21 days). We had the horrible, unusual weather on our cruise that most of the country was facing. BUT we still had a good time. 🤗

mysusieque @sklaughlin Thanks. They are brothers and almost 12 now. Rescued from shelter where I volunteered before we moved and I volunteer at a shelter here now. Also Mom to an orange tabby feral in our colony here. He lets me put flea/tick meds on him & loves me. Two let me be Mom but the 3rd will not let me touch him after 6 years of being caregiver.

mysusieque @sklaughlin we have trapped & neutered/spayed & vaccinated a total of 8 (different times) since we lived in this house. We have shelters & feeding stations on back patio. Sadly we are down to 3 (all trapped, etc., about same time) but at least they are happy & healthy.

When I informed them that she passed away & was cancelling her autoship, I received flowers & sympathy card. Much to my surprise, months later I received this portrait of her from them. Obviously I was touched by their generosity & compassion.

mysusieque @magpiemaven thanks. They were litter mates and adopted at 8-9 months old. My hubby and I were dating at the time and I told him about these 2 special guys. He had never been around cats but really liked my cats so he got them. I was lucky to become their Mom when we married but my one cat was not happy at all. Have always been a cat person & love volunteering in cat rescue adoptions at the shelter.

magpiemaven @mysusieque Yay!! Cat rescue is the best. A dear friend of mine rescued a mom w/6 kittens the day she gave birth. She fostered them & we were going to pick one. As it turned out there were 2 left...Our Beloved Willie & Zeus( check out my pics). We adored them to the moon & back. Everyone in the neighborhood knew them, super friendly, chatty, do anything with & take anywhere. So so special they were. I love 2 together, but not ready to take on the challenge just yet.

jgreen0722 Hi Susie, I keep names of closets that help animals and l share them as much as l can. I have a street cat rescue with TNR and daily fresh food and water along with shelters. Most of the volunteers do the active work. I care for the old street cats and medically needy cats. I love them all so much. I know you do too! Thanks for all you do to help animals! 👋❤️🐈🐕❤️

Unfortunately I broke down on the call…the customer service rep was so kind and understanding and sympathetic and asked what she looked like. I told her she was a flamepoint Siamese. Weeks later this miniature portrait arrived with a sympathy card from Chewy. I was blown away. Still touched by the kindness years later.
