I had them wrapped in individual boxes inside of another big box surrounded by padding . Anyway, one of the mugs has a broken handle. I had gotten a new shipping label from Poshmark too! I am so sorry....all that shipping back and forth across the country was too hard on them. I reached out to Poshmark and asked them to refund your money.....and I am sure they will. So srry❤️🌸

sstrangfield @p_hutchison No need to send another. I just thought you may appreciate the feedback for improvement. It would have been better to state there were scratches and show them with pictures to fully inform buyers what they can expect to receive. Shipping in a box would have better protected the metal mug from dents instead of a recycled Ipsy bag. The point being it’s much better to be upfront in the post than risk disappointing the customer.

Please let Poshmark know when you receive it, since otherwise the system won't know that the shipment has been received, because of the new tracking number.
