bellatitos Good morning. You purchased the Silpada Marquessa ring I listed. I’m baffled at the earring and the comments. You said I could improve on shipping. You purchased if after 7 pm on 4/14 and I shipped it the next day at 12:37. You mentioned the packaging but I took great care with that and put it in a jewelry box, wrapped it in bubble wrap, and then in a bigger box. I’m also confused at the comment to improve my responsiveness. Julie

bellatitos @susanmwarriner Under the four star rating you gave, it had “Could improve Ship time, packaging, and seller responsiveness.” I just don’t understand why you would say I need to improve in these areas. I shipping the ring less than 24 hours after you bought it; it was in a jewelry box wrapped in bubble wrap and in a bigger box; and, I have no idea why you said I need to improve in seller responsiveness.
