@susiev34 I actually am not sure how the whole refund process works. Once the purse is refunded and back up for sale, I can offer you a discount on the item and send it then if that works? Or you can put an offer on the purse I send you ($10 less than what you originally paid) and I will accept and send the real purse to you asap. Let me know what you would like me to do
