susiebeaudet @angiefduncan hi. I actually offered that because it said free shipping, but now I see I was charged full price shipping. that is really not what I planned. For that amount I could buy brand new ones in the store today I really would appreciate an adjustment or cancel the order

I would NEVER have done that! Is there like a help button because I just get redirected when I try to get a question answered and don’t want to be put back to an article.

susiebeaudet @angiefduncan you are so sweet. I am not great at this myself, but it was a shock. I am new to this site, but all of the sudden, Shipping and now taxes are added and up?? I don't want it to compromise you as a seller. we wanted to surprise our daughter with the cuos because we had devastating news that she had a cancerous tumor ( they removed her whole kidney) and she starts chemo and radiation.

angiefduncan Omg!!! I am so incredibly sorry!!!! I have lost a child from a genetic heart issue and any pain they suffer is like a thousand fold for us. I also recently found out I have Ovarian Cancer, which is actually why I started this business, because I can work from home or when I’m awake and sick in the middle of the night. I am so sorry to hear your news. angiefduncan Oh I don’t think I can make an offer to you until you “like” it and the one listing still says sold even though it is canceled but I put up a copy listing up and tried to make an offer to you and it said I couldn’t because I didn’t have any likers. I just pulled up to the post office so unless there is another way to do it if you can just like the new one I will send you the five dollar offer and walk inside the post office.
