@susierail I am so sorry it hasn’t registered yet. I have never shipped with Poshmark and I think not knowing how to print the labels caused some confusion. I hadn’t received the email with the shipping label yet, so I went to the site and printed another label, so Poshmark has the wrong label number. I will give you the right one, 9505515830911215367787

@susierail I am so sorry that happened to you! I have received several boxes coming from the states here in the same condition. I can only say that I ship from my military base and they check packages a lot with no regard for the contents. I can assure you that the jeans were in perfect condition when I sent them. I only can say that they were only worn a few times before I gained weight and stopped wearing them, they were fine. So sorry!

@susierail again I am sorry they tore the package open, they do that a lot in Japan at the customs department but sometimes they break or crush everything and I had a shirt cut because they just use their box opener and just slit across without caring
