hi Susie, I just wanted to get in touch, I'm fairly new to PM myself. you liked one of my items, and sometimes when someone likes an item they wait for an offer to be made. if its not your case pls ignore 🙂
I just wanted to let you know that PM will not let me reduce the cost of the top further they say because the cost won't cover the postage fee, if I reduce it to 4£ and then also reduce the postage to 1.49 ..

so when a seller makes an offer they then have got to also offer reduced postage cost of either 1.49 or free, there's no other option
but if you fancy the top and a second item I can offer a good discount on the two? I'm sorry I can't be of more help
