I apologize i had my mother ship these out and i asked her if they looked ok and she said they looked great. I should of just waited and shipped them myself. 🙁😞 I keep my items stored in bins my category in a room in my home and i’m out of town with my son. I’m so sorry

Hi! U bought boots from me and you are not not happy about it I'm very sorry, honestly, I didn't rips or tears I took a very clear picture of the front, I didn't cover the scratches. I never thought is rips, now you saying it was ripped. I apologize for the inconvenience. I didn't want to sell something with damage. Please return it and get your money back. You can request for return labels. It will take fee days to get your money back.
