So sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. Hopefully it won’t dissuade you from purchasing here again. I always try on a similar item to make sure it fits and I like it before purchasing. These shoes were not defective, rather not what you wanted in a fit/style. When you leave negative feedback it is reflected on the seller which is not where your issue lies.
