sunalania Hi, first of all, thank you for purchasing the bikini from my closet! When I washed the bikini(as I do with all of my sales before shopping), I realized that the tag on the shorts are slightly faded from the wash. Since I described the items as “new without tags,” I was wondering if you were ok with the tag being a little faded from the wash.

sunalania Again, I have not worn the bikini and the tag obviously will not be visible when worn. But if you want to cancel the order I can understand. If you think it’s all right, I I will be shipping tomorrow.

sunalania I just added a new listing with the updated photos. Please keep in mind that the tag fraying is definitely not visible when worn and it only faded from washing and not wearing. The bikini is in very good condition and none of the visible logos are faded.

sunalania Hi, i read the Poshmark policies and it said something about not allowing buyers to cancel orders after 3 hours of purchase. I’m really sorry for this inconvenience for you but as a seller I can not just not ship an item to a buyer even if the buyer wants to cancel.

sunalania Again, I would so rather be having this conversation before you purchased the suit but now the only way for you to cancel is to receive the item then file a claim. Im really not allowed to not ship a sold item and I really hope you understand where I’m coming from.

suzannc08 @sunalania you can approve the cancel since I am giving you a written consent. I have had to cancel an order before, and I did it with no problem. Because your description of it being new without tags, and then you saying you did wear the top, I can assure you Poshmark will recognize the claim in my favor. Please go forward with cancelling the order. Thank you.

michthom18 Suzanne, not sure what happened. I didn't cancel this purchase, but just when I was tracking my purchases I see that somehow it got canceled on July 27th. Did the Posh system do that? I still want the purse.
