cocoviolette HI Suzy - you are writing me about my fur coat. I decided to see if I could find you here to write a bit more. You are so pretty! I think the coat would look great on you with your coloring! You remind me of Cate Blanchett! I am sure the sleeve length would work if you have long arms as you said. Knowing your height will help me advise you properly. You are probably not too short seeing you wear a size 8.5 shoe. I am just guessing. Please send your height and what you mean by 25" length

cocoviolette 25" sounds like as skirt length to me. I'll wait to hear back from you. I think the coat would really suit you seeing your photo. Lets figure out the length - My Mannequin is set at 5'6" and "she" is a size 6. if that helps.

cocoviolette I think it would be a perfect fit! - I wanted to be sure you were not 5' or 5'1" tall! A Petite ( short) woman would be over-powered - this coat requires a tall slim proportion which you have & if worn w/ heels will have even more. I like the coat worn w/ flowing pants & heels. - 3" or more. When you have height it balances out the high drama collar. The collar features the wearer's face. It is a very glamorous coat! I think it would be perfect for you.....

cocoviolette You must be seriously considering it as you keep coming back to look at it again! I understand! I do the same when I see something I covet. Is there anything else I can provide? I love furs myself, but only do vintage ones. I feel like we are honoring the animals if we care for the furs & appreciate them. I think it is respectful. cocoviolette It is "The Earrings of Madame de " directed by Max Orphuls starring Danielle Darrieux & a lot of famous old stars. Made in 1954, The lady has a collection of furs & jewels to die for. The acting & cinematography are great. It is a beautiful film! A classic. If you love this coat I think you will love the movie! I"ve been known to cuddle up in a fur coat at home to watch it again! I hope you get a chance to see it. It is fur - inspiring - a real treat!

cocoviolette Suzy, I get the idea you are seriously contemplating this coat. I put my furs into cold storage at the end of May for the summer as it is best for them. Fur storage is expensive ($125) per coat so I will have to increase prices on my furs when I bring them out if I do this. I thought I should explain this to you if you are seriously thinking about the coat.It is very well priced right now for what it is but - to help you out and save me having to store it I could lower the price by $50.
