zannaventura @blanca55 that's weird. I noticed earlier that there were a few things that had a yellow "reserve" banner on them (apparently that happens when someone is in the process of purchasing an item). Do you want me to list them again as "for sale" and see if it will go through?

sweeneytennis Hi Suzanne, I am sooooo embarrassed and horrified but I mixed up 2 shipments the day I shipped out your 4 tennis skirts. I can't believe I did that. You will receive a pair of sandals instead. I need to research what I am supposed to do to correct this. I am so sorry this happened!! 🙁

I hope they get back to us shortly to rectify this situation. I'm so embarrassed and so sorry this happened.

zannaventura @sweeneytennis Hi Helen, I just picked up the package from the post office and yes, it had sandals. No worries, we're all human! I sent a message to Posh support to see what the next step is. I believe they'll send me a mailing label to send them back to you and do the same to the buyer of the sandals; when you receive the items then you'll resend them to us. Make sense? Until its resolved though, I think the sale will show as a case pending. 🙂

sweeneytennis @zannaventura I so hate that this happened to both parties. I'm already in touch with the buyer of the sandals...too funny that you have the same ones. Well again, I hope you will accept my apology I've definitely learned a lesson from this situation. I've never shipped 2 things out at once and what's crazier is that both items sold for the same amount so I'm wondering if that has a little bit to do with why I mixed them up 😣 Thx again for understanding.

zannaventura @sweeneytennis Hi Helen, sorry to bother you about this, but could you please contact the buyer of the shoes and ask when she plans on shipping the skirts to me? I sent the shoes to her 5 days ago, so I'm sure she's rec'd them by now; but I have yet to receive notification that she has sent the skirts to me. I've sent an email to posh, but they are so backlogged it takes days to get a response from them. Thanks for any help you can give on this.🙂
