m_cosgrove @kruzann The emerald is not a crown. But the Citrine one is. It's so gorgeous. It should of been gone. The Citrine ring is a smaller size then the emerald. Maybe that's why smaller sizes are harder to sell. If you call her the queen, that ring is perfect. A real gemsones ring by Victoria Wieck who designs for the stars in Hollywood at that price. I'm Definatly a sales person, but I would run with this ring as fadt as I could. If I was looking for a ring for a freind I call the queen.

kruzann @ciaojessie hi.. I am very sorry. As I was preparing the hat for shipment I accidentally knocked my coffee over and it spilled into the hat. I was so bummed. I had no idea they make you wait 10 days. It was a total accident and bummer. I wanted to write you but I could never figure out where to leave messages. Again I am very sorry for any inconvenience to you. That was not my intention at all. I did not steal your money. I got nothing. But a messed up hat. Sorry again

Sorry you got disappointed about the hat but you shouldn’t have been docked money when it had not shipped. I just didn’t not know where to leave you a message . I could find your page. Anyway... kruzann @ciaojessie I have never had this happen before so I guess I didn’t pay attention. Now I know. I wrote them to make sure you get all your money back. . I have had some strange things happen since the pandemic. I advertised this hat as new... with coffee stains it was no longer new condition. I am very sorry again to get you so upset. Hopefully you will be refunded quickly.
