lnfeldman2 Hi there! I shipped the Taos books a week ago, but the update says that I must reschedule a delivery. I tried, but ups requires them to be picked up at one of there locations instead of to your PO box. Can we coordinate this pickup location? Thanks! Leah

loriannschmidt I’m so sorry about the shoes… Please return them because we don’t want an unhappy customer… We have been training a few new college students and obviously this is our mistake… Please allow us to fix it and get another crack at selling you something else that does work sometime in the future

loriannschmidt @bako1 Go to where it says problems and open a case and just say that the shoes are narrow INSTEAD OF MEDIUM-and that was not included in the description..Otherwise U would have never have bought them..I already started the paperwork As a problem issue as soon as I read your comments..They will refund your money and send you a return barcode that you print out on your computer as soon as I get them back they will credit your account… Again my apologies

loriannschmidt @bako1 Take as much time as u need to return them...I think you have five days just like we do after you purchase them to get them shipped…we have over 500 pairs of shoes in our inventory and one more pair isn’t going to make a difference one way or another.. thank you for the opportunity to make this right ❤️

loriannschmidt @bako1 OK so I got an email that they refunded your money and I’m glad to hear it… Whatever became of the shoes? Because I don’t see them coming back to me at this point

bako1 @loriannschmidt well I opened a case as I could not process the return. I had an email today stating that the money had been refunded and to not worry about returning the item. I am happy to return them as I certainly cannot wear them but would ask you send return labels that are prepaid. Hope that works.
