Hey! You bought the 3 scarves from me- I pulled the pink one out and it had a hole in it. I have a turquoise one I can send in its spot if you want the turquoise plus the other 2. Please let me know if you'd like that or a refund. I'm so sorry 😕

Hi, I just received your scarves. I received a magenta one, turquoise one, and a blue one. I know that the pink scarf was replaced by the turquoise scarf however I thought I was getting a green scarf not a blue scarf. The item description and pictures show a green scarf not a blue scarf.

So, with the item description and conversations with you, I was supposed to get a magenta scarf, a turquoise scarf, and a green scarf. However, I got a magenta scarf, a turquoise scarf, and a blue scarf.

@sdrefchin that was an honest mistake. I can send be green as well free of charge if you want to keep the blur one too. It was an overbite because I was so concerned with the hole in the pink one.

@krystalyias Sure. I would like the green one. To be honest, that one was really the whole reason I wanted the bundle. I assumed it was a mistake. I was a little worried that you sent the blue one to me and the green one to someone else! Lol

It usually takes them 24 hours to let us know how they will handle it...my guess is they will cancel the order and we can redo as bundle. Are you ok waiting till tomorrow? 😊

I’m sorry for the delay in the ship time on your order. I should have sent you a message. I’m unfortunately I’ll- having surgery Tuesday- and it’s been difficult to work and get things done.
