violets_closet Hi .. you purchased the American Apparel red high waist leggings from me.. I believe I have misplaced it. I'm trying to find it and can't seem to be able to. I'll check again on Thursday hopefully if I'm back from work early. If I can't find it I'll cancel the order. But when I do find it again I will let you know. It's in my room somewhere , just don't know exactly where lol

phishhhood The store was located west of the strip on the southside of Sunset Blvd. It was the early 90's she did tell me she met Jeff Goldblum, started majorly crushing on him after he came in the store. I remember the security guy Joe (yes they had an armed guard). I sold everything I had on e*ay years ago. I grew out of the size 1 and 2's. Sold my moto jacket to someone in Beverly Hills. It was the one Fran Drescher wore but the red part was green. Miss that jacket and hotpants (short shorts). :D

It never occurred to me to figure out where the store was. I see some articles on google that I’ll read. Coincidentally I used to see Jeff Goldblum at Erowhon and Whole Foods pretty regularly. There’s “something” about him I suppose.

youthquakeuk @phishhhood I saw a Fran piece on Et🙃y. The seller has some amazing outfits and sadly has sold 2 piece outfits as separates, I just can’t stand to see them separated like that. Anyway… I’ve always loved NBL and the supermodel Ads in the 80’s 90’s. I’m in the mood to start wearing/finding some of the more bold pieces. You only live once 🙌🏻⚡️🙌🏻

phishhhood I wish I had saved the ad's, I was on the mailing list so I got them pretty regularly in the mail. The thing I can't get around is that you can't try them on. IDK what size I would even be now. So I look at the pieces, like a daydream. LOL I feel the same way about sets, of anything. So funny! Just a quirk or an obedience to a idea. :D Thank you so much for the fun conversation. 💕
