lolas_boutique_ @nannyto6 hi I am so sad and disappointed that you are not happy with your ring. They are all clear. It’s the lighting that makes them look either pink or clear, the rose gold gives off a pinkish hue. They are absolutely clear. I feel I did a great job with this and deserved 5 stars. This really hurts my rating when I get a 4 star bc of an issue like this.

lolas_boutique_ Can you just send it back so I will not have a 4 star and also so that you will not be unhappy? Just file a claim and return. I am a grandmother of four very small children that I support with posh. I help my husband rather. But it means so much to me to keep my ratings and love notes stellar. I’m so so very sorry about the ring I didn’t intentionally want to make you upset I am very honest and just didn’t think about it like I should have. Happy New Year! 💕🎀😊

nannyto6 @lolas_boutique_ I’m sorry - I’m not going to send the ring back, but the pink stones were a surprise based on description and all but one photo. If there is a way to change my rating let me know and I will do that for you given your circumstances.

lolas_boutique_ @nannyto6 I wasn’t saying you had to send it back, I was just saying send it back if you are not happy. It was the lighting in the professional setting that made them look all clear with no rose gold showing, when it’s dimmer lighting the rose gold shows through making them look more pinkish. Yes you can change it just go to my purchases and click on it and there is an edit rating button. Lmk if you need more info I will help however. Again I’m sorry but I’m happy that you do like it.
