slwilliams1977 @jodimarie12 I contacted Poshmark. I still want the purse but asked Poshmark for a refund in the meantime. I’m not sure how else to go about this. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve used Poshmark several times and never had this problem, buying or selling. It’s USPS that’s the problem. Do you have the shipping receipt and/insurance receipt? Or anyway to check in with USPS? I’ve filed two incidents with them on the package…

The issue is that I shipped it to Poshmark for authentication, not directly to you…I think it would actually fall on Poshmark to get the bag to you, but I haven’t heard back yet! I’ll let you know when I do. If I haven’t heard back by tomorrow I will file another inquiry.

jodimarie12 @slwilliams1977 Hi - I received an email stating that the package is lost and both sides will be compensated. I did receive the funds in my account but I wanted to make sure you did as well - I don’t want you to lose any money over this. I am very sorry the package is lost - I’m sorry I don’t have another bag similar to sell.
