Hi Suzanne, I just got an automated email from Poshmark saying please remember to mail out the item. I mailed the "TMNT MASK BEANIE, HAT" the next day on Nov. 28th. I responded to Poshmark automated system and stated that "I mailed but it's not tracking" I'll keep you updated when I hear back from Poshmark. Thank you.
