melichin78 Hi Suzanne, I purchased your ugg suede sandals and they are broken on the sides and the elastic is very loose on the back strap. Can I return these to you for a refund?

melichin78 @sgluvsfashion Hi Suzanne, I accidentally accepted the order on the app and emailed Poshmark to try and reverse that and still begin the refund process. Poshmark refused to allow me to start a claim. I didn’t know if I could possibly still file a claim through the order inquiry tab but every time I pulled up the purchase, the page prompted me to enter a rating. I didn’t know what else to do to clear that page so I just entered the rating and explained what happened.

melichin78 @sgluvsfashionI didn’t mean to hurt your rating in any way, if I did, I’m sorry. I was between a rock and a hard place and I was just trying to still be able to return the shoes.

sgluvsfashion @melichin78 I'm somewhat new and not very active on posh mark so I've never come across this situation before so I looked up Posh's return policy - Just for my education - I am going to take the item back from you but I want to handle it through Posh. Please photograph where the suede is faulty before packing the shoes up.

sgluvsfashion @melichin78 I sent a message to Posh that the item was accepted by mistake and that you would like to return the item. Their canned response says that they try to get back to us within 24 hours but that it may take longer over the weekend so we will get this sorted out it just might take a few days 🙂
