skp1230 @mjwalker1 I've experienced misrepresentation of merchandise and spent quite a bit just tossing it rather than complain. However, I've been encouraged by sellers that have missed a flaw to request a refund and they've been apologetic as I would be also as a seller. Your items are unacceptable. I believe they left your home that way but was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt as the plastic mailer was torn. Please, let Poshmark decide the outcome. Thank you.

skp1230 @mjwalker1 I was told at the post office pkgs are thrown in trucks roll down metal conveyor belts and have thousands of heavier pkgs on top. So if you mail use a box not a sack and insure it. I went there with a pair of new shoes sent the same way as yours, in a sack. They were destroyed. For my trouble the seller sent me a purse I had liked in her closet and got her insurance. I've only just sold 1 item so far but no problems

mjwalker1 @skp1230 I have been using Poly mailers since I started selling in August; they are post office approved and your the only one whose had a damaged mailer bag. Sorry 😕

skp1230 @mjwalker1 as poshmark policy states, it is the sellers responsibility to package the items to prevent damage during shipping and accept a return if so happens, which is why poshmark has the $50 insurance for the sellers benefit. its not the buyers responsibility to accept items that have been damaged. my responsibility is to send it back. i would appreciate it if you would allow poshmark to do their job and fix this for us both. thanks

graceclothingco That’s hilarious about your 2yr old granddaughter buying the top! I completely understand. My two year old baby bought a book when she was playing on my kindle but thankfully it was a preorder and i was able to cancel it roflol. Blessings in Christ!

skp1230 @jenbrown1000 I just saw your comment...during the holidays PM extended shipping to 7-10 days. You purchased on the 22nd and I cancelled on the 28th so I wasn't late. The post office was closed 3 of those days. I didn't want to sell you a defective item so yes, when I saw the flaw I cancelled. That's my right as the seller. I wasn't ignoring you, I was waiting on support and when they responded I cancelled the 2nd time. So sorry you were confused.
