Hello Suzanne. I am so sorry you aren’t pleased with the blouse. The style is fitted, and the measurements are as posted in the description. It was not washed- dry clean only. The smoke smell is very strange since I am a non-smoker, and my house is smoke free. I am happy to offer you a special discount if you feel inclined to purchase something else from my closet.
