susababe Hi @tzgrafx, you bought my black leather boots and gave it a 4 star lacking one for cleanliness. How could I have improved them? I cleaned the soles and the leather with leather cleaner. Seriously, what more could you want? Unless they got dusty in transit, but they were boxed very well. And they are used, as stated in the listing, so I am not sure what you mean by could improve cleanliness.
