morningdovely Hi @suzannesibley7! Thank you for your purchase. With an expensive purchase like this, I package up the items at USPS in front of a representative there for your protection and mine. Unfortunately this usually means that it takes me a little longer to get the shipment out. I just wanted to keep you apprised. :-) Thank you again!

suzannesibley7 @morningdovely I just got a notice that this order was cancelled. Is that correct? I’m not sure if I was supposed to confirm something for the order to be processed. suzannesibley7 @morningdovely I re-ordered the item. it looks like shipping was added which was not on the original order. I don't recall and I don't see whether there was some shipping rebate on the first item through the website so it may work itself out. Thanks

morningdovely @suzannesibley7 Hi! I'm not sure about the shipping. Shipping was not included (at least on my end) in the first order, so I would have expected it to be the exact same when you ordered it for a second time. Is this your first Poshmark purchase? If so, it may be that Poshmark offered you free shipping on your first item. In that case, I would reach out to customer service and explain that I canceled the first order.

morningdovely @suzannesibley7 Hi! I just wanted to check in once more regarding the shipping. I realized that what may have happened was this: I originally listed the dress for $250 but then dropped the price to $200. Sometimes, when a seller lowers the price of an item, Posh offers free shipping (on them) for a limited time. When I relisted the dress, I listed it for $200 (so no price drop). Please let me know if you'd like to try to figure out a way to get the free shipping again. I think, perhaps, if I

morningdovely cancel this order, relist it for $250 and then drop the price after a day or so, the option for free shipping may pop up again. I'm SO sorry about this confusion!

suzannesibley7 @morningdovely if you have a contact at Poshmark you think might fix it then that would be great if you could reach out. I’ll reach out to customer service as well. This was my first transaction and what you said about the price reduction makes sense as well, so I’m not sure which it was. Don’t worry about canceling and RE-listing later. It’s not a huge deal, but if they are covering shipping then I would certainly appreciate it. Thanks.
