suzyu28 @l_navazio I don’t need to understand that the money it says I will make all of the clothes is that after the 795 shipping? Or do I have to take the 795 shipping out of the amount that I’m going to make? I have never done Poshmark before

l_navazio @suzyu28 Buyer pays shipping cost at 7.95, unless you offer shipping discount. Then you share in shipping cost. Poshmark also added “free shipping” — meaning, you the seller will pay the full shipping cost.

suzyu28 I have one more question is it everything that has sold supposed to go through this app because I have someone sending me a message asking me to call them about the product? I don’t really want to do anything outside of the app

suzyu28 @l_navazio I made a sale on Poshmark five days ago. It was shipped and arrived at the post office at 9:38 AM on November 24 for the buyer to pick up. She still has not picked up the package and the funds are still not released. What shall I do about that?

l_navazio @suzyu28 you are correct. All item for sale on Poshmark go through Poshmark. Report messages from people asking you to email or call them. To report them use the flag icon, next to the “Reply” at bottom of message. And select ‘transaction off poshmatk’

l_navazio @suzyu28 I sold are generally shipped to buyers address, not post office. Buyer may be having mail held at post office for pick-up because they are away from home. If Poshmark has marked you sale as delivered, buyer has a set number of days to accept or reject and payment is released to seller.
