Hello, I see that PM support resolved our issue with damaged item. Is there a way that you can please return to me all the pieces in its original packaging. Thank you

I saw this message somewhere else. PM Support resolve the issue by crediting may have the value of the sale. I understand that they do not do refunds to my credit card, but is there a reason why the credit is only half the value of the item? To your question, please send along a post paid return address label that I can print to cover the postage and I’ll be happy to send everything back. I would assume this is part of the process if you’re asking for a damaged item return.
