annie1957 Hi, the charms are not Pandora. They are cleaned by removing from bracelet and placing them in a bowl of warm water with a drop of dish soap..I use blue Dawn. Swish around, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Dry completely before placing back on Pandora bracelet. It should be cleaned with a jewelry cloth. I have made and sold over 500 bracelets like this. I store my many in air-tight plastic zip lock bags.

annie1957 With proper care, the bracelet should only need cleaning about once a year, depending upon the amount of wear. I send a care card with the bracelet. It should not be worn in any water, around any harsh cleaners, soaps, shampoos, etc. It's best not to wear lotions or perfumes near where the bracelet is worn. Hope this helps.

annie1957 I think to ship to your daughter, you would have to edit your name &address to hers as the shipping label is automatically printed with the buyers info. Then after the sale, edit your info back to yours.
